There’s no rigid process. Most of the time, you’ll come to me with a situation, something in production, samples you’re unsure about, or just wanting someone on the ground before moving forward.

Before committing to a factory

You want someone to meet the factory, look around properly, and get a real read on how things are run.

During production

You’ve already placed an order and want someone there while it’s being made, making sure everything stays aligned with your samples and expectations.

After issues in the past

You’ve had problems before and don’t want a repeat. Having someone there during the next run helps keep things tight and avoids the same mistakes.

Ongoing oversight

Things are working, but you want a presence at the factory, someone who can check in, maintain the relationship, and keep things consistent.

Sample reviews

You’ve received samples and want a second opinion before moving forward.

Factory Content Capture

I go on-site to your factory during production and capture raw, behind-the-scenes footage, showing how your product is made, the process, and the environment. For ads, social, and your website

What happens next?

If I go in, I handle it directly.

I spend time inside the factory, checking what’s being made, comparing it to your samples, and speaking with the team.

If something doesn’t line up, you’ll know straight away.
You’ll see what I’m seeing, photos, videos, calls while I’m there.
